This page explains what happens to your personal data when you contact me or work with me. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, just ask.

Who is responsible

Käti Kase OÜ, registry code 16999827, Tallinn, Estonia. Email: magic@timefairy.ee.

What I collect, and why

• When you email me: your name, email address and whatever you write. I need it to reply and to do the work you’re asking about.
• When you book a call: the name, email address and time you enter in Calendly. I need it to turn up to the right call.
• When you become a client: whatever the work requires — contact details, booking details, account access you choose to share, invoicing details.
• Testimonials: if your words appear on this site, they are there because you agreed. Tell me at any time and I’ll remove them.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking of any kind. Nobody is counting your visit.

Who else sees it

Only the services I need to run the business:

• Google Workspace — my email. Google may process data outside the EU.
• Calendly — bookings, if you use the booking link. Calendly is based in the United States.
• Netlify — hosts this website. Its servers record standard technical request logs. Netlify is based in the United States.

I don’t sell your data, and I don’t pass it to anyone who isn’t needed to do the work.

How long I keep it

Emails and client records for as long as we’re working together, and for up to seven years afterwards where Estonian accounting rules require it. Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted within a year. Testimonials stay until you ask me to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask me to stop using it, or ask for a copy. Email magic@timefairy.ee and I’ll sort it out.

If you think I’ve handled your data badly and we can’t resolve it between us, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Andmeid ei müü ega jaga kolmandatele isikutele peale nende teenuste, mida töö tegemiseks vajan (Google Workspace, Calendly, Netlify).
